· Assessed students in a variety of ways, to include formative and summative assessment of a Social Studies Unit.

Developed youth programs for Rose Hill, KS youth, ages 10 to 17.
Planned entire summer program for church's youth program, including community service projects, educational activities and instruction.
Developed and coordinated over 10 different lesson plans for Sunday school and evening programs.
Synchronized all youth activities with parents, youth and church members. Sunday school attendance increased by 30% in two months; youth program attendance increased 50%.

The owner of the Kansas State University company under scrutiny, however, said he pays more than the union minimum and said the union's real beef is with his decision to remain a non-union company.
